Are you a mid-level associate with 3–5 years PQE looking to excel in contract drafting and transactions? Kosmos Associates, a dynamic law firm in Bangalore, is seeking a talented individual to join our collaborative team.

The Role:
As an associate at Kosmos Partners, you will work closely with our partner on diverse deals, offering direct client exposure and significant responsibilities from day one. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, supporting corporate deals such as PE transactions, conducting legal research and due diligence, managing client communications, and contributing to strategic discussions.
Requirements:
– 3–5 years PQE, preferably from a law firm background.
– Proficiency in contract drafting and commercial transactions.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proactive mindset, keen attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
