  • Policy Development and Drafting:Working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and draft clear, concise, and enforceable policies covering a wide range of areas, including:
    • Data Privacy, Technology & Cybersecurity: Data privacy policy, intellectual property, acceptable use of technology, data retention and governance.
    • Governance and compliance: Corporate Code of Ethics / Business Conduct policy, corporate governance, board of directors' responsibilities, conflict of interest, insider trading, anti-corruption, whistleblowing, corporate gifting policy, anti-money laundering, modern slavery, and supply chain/ ethical sourcing.
    • Human resources: Equal opportunity policy, anti-discrimination, prevention of harassment, prevention of sexual harassment, employee conduct, and human rights policy. 
  • Policy Review and Audit: Support in assessment and audit of existing policies for effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with current regulations and best practices.
  • Training and Education: Provision of training sessions and workshops to senior management for sensitisation on corporate governance matters and policies and also to employees to help them understand and adhere to company policies.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with policy gaps or inconsistencies, including in implementation of policies.
